Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC (“Flagship Acceptance”) is an indirect automobile finance company that specializes in the purchasing of retail installment contracts from automobile dealerships across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the United States. Flagship Acceptance will both originate loans through a network of automobile dealership and through bulk purchase programs.  For dealer originations, the Company will target the underserved market, which is often consistent with customers who have had some level of prior derogatory credit.  For bulk purchases, the Company will pursue portfolios throughout the entire credit spectrum.
